Elijah Wyman: tiny mtns
tiny mtns is a five-song EP recorded to cassette tape in March 2009 at the Grinding Tapes House in Andover, MA.
A significant departure from his previous album, Butterfly Needles, tiny mtns welcomes contributions
from Elijahh Wyman's North Shore friends for a fully-embellished sound. The songs can be considered his first true integration
of the youthful exuberance found on Beautiful Like Words, the ambition of Why We Never Go Swimming, and
the earnest politics of Butterfly Needles. Featuring banjo, mountain dulcimer, glockenspiel, autoharp, toy piano,
and—for the first time—synthesizer, this release is not to be missed!
